Mini Mills are small machines in order to for 4/5 ax work you'll need to setup to a Super Mini Mill and I don't think the have enough room. From a rigidity standpoint, I doubt the TM would be any more or less rigid than the Mini, but the TM will have more travel than the Mini in all 3 axis'. Both machines hold 10 tools in their changers.
