The mill has six speeds from 85-1450rpm, attainable by changing belts and/or engaging a backgear. The leadscrews on all axes are imperial BUT all have metric dials as I work in metric increments. It is an excellent manual machine and I am only selling as I wish to upgrade to a CNC-capable machine.

Guess i am missing something....why would you ever need an imperial end mill if you already had metric collets and you could buy metric cutters. Its a milling machine..just move the tool to make the cut the size you need . If it is a case that you can't easily buy metric tools, then the choice is pretty simple..got to change the collets.
